Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you decide the product is no longer suitable for your needs.
However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded. If a product is faulty, does not match its description, or cannot be used as intended, please contact us at support@tradiecheckpoint.com.au and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
